Do you like Ice Cream?
Ice Cream is perfect for the summer. Even in winter, snuggled up with a snuggie.
But one thing I love is getting vegetable servings in desserts!
You get both a Fruit AND a Vegetable serving in every serving!
You do have to eat him quick, cuz he is so hot.
Blend together pumpkin, banana, and almond milk.
Add ginger, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a couple of ice cubes.
Blend until smooth.
Top with raw cacao nibs and chopped pecans.
Serve immediately.

I don’t have to pay a fortune for good ice cream anymore.
I can make it myself.

Do you like Pie? My favorite is Pumpkin Pie!
Do you like Chocolate? Chocolate is one of my loves, and but I really enjoy carob too!
xoxox
P.S. If you want this totally raw, make some of your own pumpkin purée at home in your blender in place of the canned pumpkin purée.

And yes, what´s not to like about chocolate? But carob is tasty as well, you are right!
Ice Cream is great, I love cinnamon ice-cream. And I love pies, but I probably like making them more than eating them
Awe, Lenna, you are such a sweetheart! I’d love to hear what you thought about it!
Yummm! Anytime I hear pumpkin, it reminds me of Fall! I can’t wait for pumpkin spice to be back!
I’ve heard that apple pie spice is pretty similar to pumpkin pie spice. Have you tried either?
No, I haven’t tried apple pie spice! Awww, that sounds really good though! Do you know where to buy?
I think you can buy it where anyother spice is in the grocery stroe. I’m sure McCormick has one.
Yum! Pumpkin (win) + softserve icecream (double win). I am in love with this dessert
Looks and sounds SO delish. I love me some pumpkin (especially pumpkin pie!), so I will need to try this stat.
I love me some pumpkin too! I <3 PUMPKIN!

Make it make it make it
Or just make the filling and eat it as mousse! Um-yum <3
I LOVE that I have all the necessary ingredients for this… hello breakfast for today!!
Definitely love pie- I enjoy anything with chocolate or some kind of fruit pie with a tasty crust, oh and ice cream of course!
I love ice cream! And this looks perfect for the upcoming fall! I used to make something similar, but with dates instead of the banana. And yessss chocolate is a MUST!
I bet dates made it taste really good!
Whenever I see pumpkin.. I’m instantly sold!!
This looks like a great fall treat! Yummo!!
I LOOOVE ice cream!! It’s definitely a weakness of mine
Your ice cream look perfect! I love pumpkin ice cream… I just need to buy some pumpkin!
I think I’ve said this before, but you’re sooo creative and create the most tasty looking recipes!
Pumpkin pie is definitely one of my faves, but my top fave is my mom’s chocolate cream pie – to die for!
So I guess that answers the question as to if I like chocolate
But I definitely love carob too.
Have a fabulous Sunday!
<3 <3
Chocolate Cream Pie?!
KAT!!!!
I actually tried making ice cream last night and totally failed..it was sad. But now I can make some ice cream that actually has veggies in it!!
I love your orange recipes!
Haha, I love my orange recipes too! Maybe that’s why it is taking forever for my hands to stop being orange…
This looks DELISH! Pumpkin and banana pair SO well together!!!
LOVE ice cream. Pie, not so much. Although, I do enjoy a nice slice of pumpkin pie around Thanksgiving time! (But pumpkin is good all year round, of course. Your recipe sounds great!) As for chocolate, I love a good quality bar of dark chocolate, anywhere between 70% and 80%. Mmmm.
love choccie! Love carob! and love the sound of this ice cream! great job yet again sweetie! <3 xoxo
Yum! And as always, you whip up the best stuff in your blender!
Ah shucks.
So creative and cost efficient! It’s like a fancified banana soft serve, love it!
I’m not really into ice cream (and I’m, like, the only person on the planet — I know)! My teeth are kind of sensitive, so it’s a little too cold for me.
But have you heard of making chocolate “mousse” by blending tofu + melted chocolate? I bet that would be another delicious gluten/dairy-free treat!
Oooh, YUM! That Chocolate Mouuse DOES sound good! Especially with the tofu.
Hint hint, if you measure out the pumpkin puree and let it set up in the freezer for 1-3 hours before you blend this up….it’s even more like ice cream
Kat! when will you stop amazing me?!?! I love you and your awesome recipes. Seriously, you are so creative!
Whitney
I just came across your blog and I’m glad I did because this looks so yummy!
ice cream is my favorite!
Mmm…perfect summer treat and I even have an open can of pumpkin in my fridge. This will be made veeeeery soon!

Me too! It sounds so good!
I want to live in your kitchen!!
This looks fabulous!! I’ve been loving carob lately too!! Happy Monday
Oooh healthy ice cream, well done! Very guilt free, I think you can definitely eat it for breakfast all you like!
I am in love! This makes me want to put on flannel pjs and decorate for fall!
I adore pumpkin especially pumpking pie. Now pumpkin ice cream is perfect
especially since it’s healthier ice cream!! Thanks for being a food genius!
Love the pictures of the ice cream, so pretty!! Sound yummy. Yes, I love ice cream and chocolate, not a huge pie fan though.
You amaze me!! This looks delicious! I’m going to have to try this soon!!!
Wow- looks amazing! Yes, I love all things chocolate, ice cream, and pie! My fav pie is berry…like a mixture of raspberries&blackberries. Yummm.
I love pumpkin, I love pie, I love ice cream and I love chocolate. My favorite kind of pie is apple, but i don’t discriminate. i’d take any kind of pie!
How about a Peanut Buttah Pie?
>
pumpkins are a fruit, but they’re very good for you! And they are the only redeeming thing about fall, besides football. This looks really good, do you think it would work in an ice cream maker?
I’m sure it would work. Just mash up the banana so you don’t have a banana chunks. It’s worth of try! Please let me know if it works!
This looks amazing! I love pumpkin and cinnamon together…yum!
I cannot wait to try it!!!
Love this!!!
eating this right now……….YUM! i followed your recipe but added pumpkin pie spice since i didnt have cloves or nutmeg and added guar gum so its more like a whipped pumpkin smoothie!!! its AWESOME! Thanks for the recipe!
