Thank you for all of your comments on my first WIAW (well, I called it What Kat Ate Wednesday, but I digress). I really loved doing it. WIAW is so much fun — I’ll have to do it. On another note, one of my readers had a question about what I posted. You can read it here.
I have been striving to listen to my body and give it what it wants — tuning in to the signals it gives me.
And recently, it has been wanting PANCAKES.
Do you like Pancakes?
I absolutely ADORE Pancakes! If I don’t have oatmeal in the morning, it’s because I’m having pancakes. I absolutely LOVE my morning oats, so if I am going to have something else, it had better be good.
Not only are these delicious, they are also packed full of protein and fill you up!
