Hey! My name’s Kathleen and I’m a young woman aspiring for balance in life, self, and health. Nourishing your body through healthy food and exercise and listening to your body are some of the most important and BEST things you can do for your health and happiness.
I love anything that involves Nut Butter, Strawberries, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Oatmeal, Chocolate (the darker the better), Carob, Bananas, Carrots, Hummus, Pumpkin, Kale, and other fruits and vegetables. Just give me container of nut buttah and a spoon and I’ll be the happiest girl alive.
I strive to eat wholesome, unprocessed foods, and that’s what I bake with!
I hope through this I can find that balance with myself and make lots of ABSOLUTELY AMAZING food along the way.
