About the girl behind Kat's Health Corner

I'm a college freshman majoring in Health Science -- Health Promotions with a minor in Nutrition and Fitness. I'm a girl aspiring for balance in my life, with my self, and with my body. I strive to eat healthfully, focusing on REAL, WHOLE, UNPROCESSED foods (and love making treats that involve these kinds of foods).

In addition to my passions in health, nutrition, fitness, baking, "healthify"ing recipes, and making a mess in the kitchen, I love cross-stitching, sketching, dancing, smiling, cake decorating, solving puzzles, hanging out with loved ones, laughing and having a great time with my friends, and taking the time to "lionize" my cat. <3

The Lord is my rock and my foundation. He has always been there for me; He has been my support and friend throughout everything. I am so grateful to Him for everything He has done for me.
