Recipes
When I’m not busy looking up health, I’m in the kitchen baking-up some goodies. I focus on eating REAL, WHOLE, UNREFINED, UNPROCESSED foods, and that’s what I bake with. Most if not all of my recipes are NO SUGAR ADDED (as I strive to use FRUIT and STEVIA to sweeten my goods), but when I use sugar I try to focus on more natural forms of sugar and limit the more processed forms of it. It’s not that the processed forms are bad (I try not to label foods “bad”), but they aren’t very good for you either in high quantities. AND, you can have delicious food without it!

I’m glad you like it!
Kat, do you have any recipes that use plums?
Fresh plums or dried plums?
Fresh ones.
As of today, no. But some of my favorite ways to use them include adding them to fruit salad, making a plum-pudding kind of smoothie, plum crisp, etc! There are so many ways to use plums.
You have a wonderful attitude towards dessert – though I am an all butter-sugar baker (my blog proves it
) you have a more realistic approach allowing you to enjoy more with less
Fantastic!
