Perfect Spaghetti Squash – College Style

When you don’t have a lot of time, waiting for a spaghetti squash to bake for 45-60 minutes in the oven isn’t feasible.

This microwave technique is fast, easy, and delicious! In less than 15 minutes, you have a meal ready to eat!

Cut spaghetti squash in half and remove seeds.

Lay halves face-down on a microwaveable dinner plate and add a few tablespoons of water. Place in the microwave and cook on high for about 8-9 minutes, until the squash is “soft.”

Using a fork, remove the inner section of the squash from the skin. (Or just eat straight from the squash as a whole.)

Add desired toppings and dig in!
